TERMS OF SERVICE

WORK

✦ I can draw OCs, fanart, furries, mild body horror, you, etc.
✦ I won't draw NSFW, extreme gore, complex mechas, or complicated backgrounds like detailed buildings/cities.
✦ I expect you to provide image references for characters that are already designed- if you provide references in writing or other media only, I may charge an extra design fee of up to $300.
✦ You can request minor changes, but I will charge extra for major revisions once I've started.
✦ Commissions usually take around 1-4 weeks.
✦ I will update you with progress throughout the commission (idea, sketch, color, etc).

PAYMENT & REFUNDS

✦ Payment is expected through a Paypal invoice that I will send you after commission details are determined.
✦ Payment is generally expected upfront. For commissions over $100, you can request to pay 50% upfront and 50% after the commission is finished.
✦ Refunds are generally not accepted, but if I am unable to complete your commission within 8 weeks, I will refund you.
✦ Completed commissions will not be refunded.

RIGHTS & REPRODUCTION

I, THE ARTIST, RESERVE THE RIGHT TO:
✦ The art itself.
✦ Include the commissioned work in my portfolio, social media pages, commission examples, etc. unless requested otherwise.
✦ Refuse your commission request if I am uncomfortable with the subject, deadline, etc.THE COMMISSIONER MAY NOT
✦ Use the commissioned work for profit/commercial use.
✦ Use the commissioned work for NFTs/crypto.
✦ Modify the commissioned work with AI.
✦ Claim the commission to be their own work.THE COMMISSIONER MAY:
✦ Request progress if I haven't sent an update in a week.
✦ Post commissioned work online with credit linking to this website or my social media.
✦ Print commissioned work for personal use only.
